Turkey's Energy Sector Gathered at 24th International "ICCI" 2018

One of the world's fastest growing energy market, Turkey carried this strength into the international area with Energy and Environment Fair and Conference ICCI 2018. The fair, organized by the Sectoral Fair Organization with the support of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, brought together the leading national and international companies of the sector in Istanbul. Bringing in something new in the fair this year, the “Diplomatic Area” was established with the participation of foreign consulates, and companies entered into agreements for energy industry of Turkey in this “Diplomatic Area”. In his speech, Alexander Kühnel, Chairman of ICCI, said: "Energy policy in Turkey, made the Turkey one of the most attractive countries globally in terms of investment. As I have mentioned every time, Turkey is one of the world's fastest growing energy markets. ICCI 2018 has become a significant international meeting in terms of showing where Turkey stands now after the steps it took on energy field and the accomplishments it gained. This year, we had a lot of interest in the fair where we offer many opportunities to domestic and foreign producers, investors and purchasing agents. Over 14 thousands industry professionals visited the fair with 225 national and international participants. The fair, which creates promising business connections and new import-export opportunities, shone out as the only energy event in Eurasia where conferences and bilateral business meetings were held.
